Terms of use

LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 28, 2026

Who we are

Vantage Studio is a registered trade name of Buffalo Holdings LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company. These terms govern your use of vantagestudio.dev (the “site”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Questions go to info@vantagestudio.dev.

Client work is covered separately

These terms apply to the site only. If you hire us, our work is governed by a signed Project Agreement and our Standard Terms. If anything on this site conflicts with those documents, the signed documents control.

Contacting us doesn’t make you a client

Sending an email, using the contact form, or filling out the onboarding form does not create a client relationship, and it does not obligate either of us to work together. Until a Project Agreement is signed, we have no duty of confidentiality beyond what our privacy policy describes, so please don’t send sensitive or confidential material in an inquiry.

Using the site

You may browse the site and contact us through it for lawful purposes. Please don’t:

We may block access or remove submissions that violate these terms.

Our content

The site’s text, design, code, graphics, logos, and the Vantage Studio name and mark belong to Buffalo Holdings LLC or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or reuse our content or branding without our written permission. Work shown in our portfolio belongs to the clients it was made for, and we show it with their permission.

Information on the site

The site is general information about our services, not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Descriptions of our work and capabilities are not a quote, offer, or guarantee. Pricing, scope, and timelines are set only in a signed Project Agreement.

Third-party sites and services

The site links to other websites and embeds services such as Cloudflare, Google Fonts, and Tally. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Buffalo Holdings LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

Arkansas law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a lawsuit, each of us will give the other written notice and negotiate in good faith for 30 days. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Arkansas, and each of us consents to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Let’s design yours.

We will scope your project and be honest if we aren’t the right fit.
